Assessment/QC & Image Team Leader

Salary: Up to £40,000 plus overtime!

Location: Eastleigh

Opportunity to earn up to £125 a week in bonuses plus uncapped overtime!

Hours: Monday to Sunday 5 on 5 off, 5 on 5 off,4 on 4 off shift pattern. Hours of work are 6am to 6pm covering an average of 40.25 hours per week, working only 15 days per month.

We are looking for Assessment/QC & Image Team Leader to join our team at our Preparation Centre in Eastleigh.

Role Purpose:- The Assessment/QC & Image team leader is responsible for the efficient throughput of first inspections at the preparation centre, as well as ensuring the SMART repair and QC inspections are completed to standard. You will be responsible for the running of these areas as well as Image, ensuring the spec and image standards are correct. You will also complete audits as requested whilst also ensuring the efficient flow of work through the preparation centre to the agreed KPI’s/SLA’s

Areas of Responsibility:-

• Ensuring the application of the agreed preparation standard
• Champion and develop cost per unit culture and ensure the correct economic repairs are being completed
• Oversee the imaging & spec process
• Oversee processes within areas of responsibility to ensure daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs are met.
• Manage company procedures within agreed limits.
• Achieve set business and individual targets.
• Oversee direct reports, ensuring daily responsibilities are met.
• Ensure a safe and tidy workspace for the team.
• Conduct appraisals, briefings, and training, recording details per company procedures.
• Prioritise health and safety for the team and other colleagues.
• Assist with other tasks as requested by senior managers.
