Location: Park Gate

Salary: £60,000 OTE (Basic + Commission + Company Car)

Work Pattern: 5-Day Working Week with 1 weekend off a month

The Position:

As a Central Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales performance by following the company’s structured sales process and tailoring our proposition to the customer’s needs.

Your primary focus will be to engage with potential customers, many of which will be prequalified and effectively present all available vehicle options along with the appropriate finance and warranty solutions whilst ensuring a seamless customer journey from initial inquiry to sale completion.

 

Central Sales Representative:

Ideal for a seasoned sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

This is an office based role at our Head Office in Park Gate, serving as the 'hub' where sales and communication with our customers take place.

Engage with customers through Zoom, phone, live chat, and email, ensuring a varied and dynamic workday filled with opportunities.

 

Responsibilities include:

·     Providing Clear and Concise feedback to customers and internal teams.

·     Working with Team Leaders on self-development and continuous improvement.

·     To Handle customer inquiries professionally, providing solutions that align with their needs and preferences.

·     Keeping a professional work environment at all times upholding Company's values and standards.

·     Take responsibility in achieving individual targets.

·     To Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics

·     Update the company's chosen CRM platform daily and a directed to maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions

·     Adhere to all company policies and industry compliance regulations, ensuring ethical and legal sales practices at all times.

·     Maintain accurate and professional documentation records for audit and compliance purpose.

·     Attending daily sales review meetings or standups as per the working hours rota to track performance and align with company goals.

·     provide feedback and insights on customer preferences, market trends and potential opportunities to senior management.

·     Develop strong product knowledge to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers.

·     selling and delivering pre-owned vehicles, offering the opportunity to earn in excess of £60,000 per annum.

·     Commission structure includes incentives for units sold and delivered, F&I products, and Customer Satisfaction bonuses.

 

Previous experience:

Perfect for individuals with a background in retail sales (e.g., mobile phone sales, furniture sales, etc.) or estate agency work.

Comprehensive training and ongoing development provided for career growth.

 

Essential Skills, Qualifications & Behaviours:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.

Committed, reliable, and well-presented.

Ability to build rapport quickly.

Excellent telephone manners (Previous experience in a customer service, call centre or sales support role is desirable).

Excellent negotiation skills.

A results-driven attitude with the motivation to exceed targets.
