Position: Sales Support Representative

Location: Park Gate, Southampton

Salary: £24,000 plus commission (OTE £29,000)

Work Pattern: : 5-Day Working Week with 1 in 3 weekends off

The Position:

As a Sales Support Representative, you play a crucial role as the initial contact for customer enquiries, regardless of the channel - be it email, phone, text, social media, or live chat. Your responsibility is to create an outstanding first impression, handle customer enquiries with efficiency, and either direct them to the relevant department or schedule a convenient time for them to explore our extensive stock.

What We Are Looking For:

• Previous Experience: Preferred experience in a similar role, showcasing your ability to navigate customer enquiries effectively.
• Excellent Computer Skills: Proficiency in utilizing computer systems and applications to manage and organize customer interactions.
• Motivated and Target Driven: A self-starter who thrives on achieving and surpassing targets.
• Ability to Work Under Pressure: Comfortable in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, ensuring effective handling of customer inquiries even under pressure.
• Organised with Excellent Communication Skills: Strong organisational skills combined with clear and effective communication abilities
