Position: Vehicle Technician/ Mechanic (Level 3)

Salary: OTE £40,000

Opportunity to earn up to £125 a week in bonuses plus uncapped overtime!Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.30pm plus overtime

We are looking for experienced Master Technicians to inspect, diagnose, repair, service and maintain vehicles to a good quality standard as specified by the manufacturers or warranty requirements at our new Service Centre in Bradford!

Must have experience with complex diagnostics and engine work.

***Applicants must hold a Full UK Driving Licence ***

Areas of Responsibility:

To carry out the company inspection process as detailed on the checklist, noting all areas requiring repair or service.
To repair vehicle faults as identified either by the checklist or during the repair process.
To use the company system to request parts for vehicles.
To ensure the efficient and effective use of workshop facilities and equipment.
To determine priorities and allocate tasks in liaison with the Supervisor.
To monitor work progress, and pursue a resolution for any issues as necessary.
To advise on best methods of repair and determine repair times in consultation with the Preparation Manager.
To ensure daily, weekly, monthly targets are met.
To inform the Supervisor on non-conforming vehicles or issues arising.
To communicate with internal teams and departments where necessary.
To be able to undertake a full range of workshop duties.
