We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to assist the Customer Care Team with vehicle knowledge and working with customers to resolve issues at our Head Office in Park Gate.
What you will be doing:
To communicate with customers, face to face, via telephone and e-mail delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
To determine priorities and work closely with the repair specialists
To monitor work in progress and pursue issues, as necessary.
To inform the Customer Care Manager on non-conforming vehicles or issues arising.
To liaise with the Production Team on issues affecting timescales.
To keep customers appraised on the progress of their repairs.
To ensure all warranty claims are administered and as a result reduce aftersales costs.
To allocate and log all customer queries, concerns or complaints in an efficient and professional manner at all times.
To diarise all complaints so all customers receive an update and response within a timely manner.
To manage loan car bookings, paperwork and controls.
Driving to collect/drop off cars as required
Responsible for paying vendor invoices and reconciling with finance outlets.
Booking appointments for customers and internal vehicles
The ideal candidate:
Strong use of Outlook
Great written and verbal communication
Excellent interpersonal skills with easy rapport building, a can do attitude and problem solver
Worked in a similar role for a minimum of 2 years
