Role Overview:
To spearhead the development and operations of our recently inaugurated site whilst crafting and leading your team to establish a standard of unmatched aftersales service. You will be required to oversee and guarantee the pristine preparation of our used stock inventory.
Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently streamline aftersales and service processes, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Diligently manage warranty claims to minimise aftersales expenses.
Authorise budgeted expenditures for vehicle rectifications and preparations.
Oversee fuel expenditure, service cheques, and company card transactions, ensuring adherence to company procedures and set limits.
Elevate workshop productivity to minimise vehicle repair and service duration.
Deliver on both overarching business and personal performance targets.
Assure vehicles are prepared to the Carsa standard prior to sale.
Coordinate with the Sales team regarding vehicle delivery schedules.
Promote a secure and organised working environment for all team members.
Undertake team appraisals, recruitment initiatives, and coordinate with HR.
Approve weekly staff hours and overtime allocations.
Administer leave and absence protocols in alignment with company policies.
Uphold paramount health and safety standards, ensuring a secure ambiance for staff, clients, and peers.
Collaborate seamlessly with the Head of Preparation to troubleshoot and resolve challenges.
