Hours: 5 days per week covering Monday to Sunday on a rota basis, if a weekend day is worked you will be given a day off in the week.

We have a new opportunity to join our busy Eastleigh Head Office as a used car Central Transaction Manager.

As a Central Transaction Manager, you will provide assistance to customers during their purchase and collection of their news cars, finance application and provision process. Customers will need to be shown all available options, extra’s, accessories, extended warranties and other value-added products, presented in a friendly and non-sales manner. The reputation of the Carsa brand is important and this role will act as an ambassador at all times, enhancing the reputation at every opportunity when interacting with others.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Ensuring all documentation required to facilitate the handover of a vehicle is completed prior to the customer taking delivery of the vehicle within company policy and guidelines.

• Ensure that all current FCA guidelines and any other legal obligations are met at all times.

• Ensure that every customer is fully aware and understanding of all relating paperwork explained and signed as accepted and any and all copies necessary given

• To respond promptly to all customer enquiries, communications and requests

• Liaise with customers and Finance providers to obtain finance line of credit for vehicle purchases

• Customers Home Deliveries and Collections booked and confirmed promptly and in a timely fashion

• All Administration queries dealt with promptly and in a timely fashion

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience in the motor trade

• Experience in selling and negotiating

• Motivated and target driven

• Be able to work under pressure

• Be organised and have excellent communication skills

• Have a Full UK Driving Licence
