Position: Order Fulfilment Specialist
Location: Park Gate Head Office (Please note our Head Office is moving to Hedge End in the next few months)
Salary: £30,000
Work Pattern: 5-Day Working Week covering Monday to Sunday plus 1 weekend off per calendar month

The Role:
As a Order Fulfilment Specialist at Carsa, you will play a pivotal role in supporting customers through the financial aspects of their vehicle purchase. Your core responsibility is to present and process finance and warranty options in a compliant, customer-centric manner along with supporting the vehicle handover. You will liaise with lenders, underwriters, and the internal sales team to ensure a smooth and transparent journey for the customer, from application to approval. You will act as both a finance specialist and compliance ambassador, ensuring that regulatory obligations are met and that customers receive fair, clear, and supportive guidance throughout.
