As a Carsa Leasing Specialist you will have many different responsibilities but your main task is ensuring the customers journey is unforgettable and flawless from the moment you start engaging with them.
Consultative Sales Approach: Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and offer tailored leasing solutions for new, used vehicles and vans.
Product Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge about available vehicles, current lease terms and incentives.
Proposal and Contract Generation: Draft leasing proposals and contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all regulatory standards.
Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with vehicle dealerships and vendors to ensure a seamless vehicle acquisition and delivery process.
Market Trends: Stay updated on the latest industry trends, vehicle models, and lease promotions to provide customers with the best leasing deals.
Customer Service: Address customer enquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction throughout the leasing process.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the finance and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution and vehicle delivery to customers.
What we are looking for:
Previous experience in the motor trade within leasing or sales
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to negotiate and finalize contracts.
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and technology.
Knowledge of automotive market trends and an ability to translate this knowledge into actionable insights.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
High level of attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Have a Full UK Driving Licence
