Carsa Limited – Hybrid role but must be prepared to travel between preparation sites in Eastleigh, Durham & Gloucester

Salary: OTE £45,000

Hours: Your normal working hours are an average of 45 hours per week. Hours & days of work to be discussed at interview/application stage

Job:

Areas of Responsibility:

• Ensure the marketing process is aligned across all sites as per Carsa processes & procedures.
• Ensure uniformity of all training and development throughout the preparation sites for quality control, marketing and vehicle appraisal.
• Oversee the valet quality coming out of the preparation sites to ensure it meets the desired standard.
• Ensure the quality is in line with the preparation standards.
• Quality audits across the preparation sites to ensure the desired standard is being met.
• Analyse data to reduce cancellations and put improvement measures in place where needed.
• Communicate and report on quality on the company’s internal platforms.
• Oversee and manage the yard maintenance programme for the vehicles in storage.
• To adhere to any and all other duties as and when required by senior company managers that are reasonably within your capabilities and are aimed at achieving the Company’s objectives and goals.

• Ensuring efficiencies and productive hours are covered daily
• Oversee processes within areas of responsibility to ensure daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs are met.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and kept in good working order
• Follow service schedules for all equipment
• Manage company procedures within agreed limits.
• Achieve set business and individual targets.
• Oversee direct reports, ensuring daily responsibilities are met.
• Ensure a safe and tidy workspace for the team.
• Conduct appraisals, briefings, and training, recording details per company procedures.
• Prioritise health and safety for the team and other colleagues.
• Assist with other tasks as requested by senior managers.
