Role Purpose: - To carry out marketing and quality control activities on vehicles for sale.

Responsibility: -

· To ensure the Marketing Team achieve targets as directed by the Preparation manager.

· To inspect the car and image vehicles that are in the Pre Prep Photo queue.

· To confirm the features and specifications against Carsa-Net ensuring the car is advertised with the correct marketing details.

· Where necessary Confirm the quality of the vehicle meets Carsa standards before undertaking the Post Prep Photography.

· To Inspect vehicles and add the relative damage to the Condition Report whilst ensuring the amount of damage does not exceed the agreed amount.

· To Quality Check and Image Retail customers cars that have completed preparation.

· To assist with the Assessment and Quality Inspection departments when required.

· To ensure all Marketing equipment is regularly inspected and any issues reported to the Preparation Manager.

· To ensure team members work in a safe manner towards themselves and others at all times.

· To report any staff absences or issues to Preparation manager.

· To maintain a clean and tidy working area at all times, support and develop 5S activity.

· Develop and improve department efficiencies to reduce cost and increase output and quality.

· Attend all training programmes as necessary and when instructed.

· Adhere to any and all other duties as and when required by senior company managers that are reasonably within your capabilities and are aimed at achieving the Company’s objectives and goals.
