Carsa's EV Extended Warranty covers the major mechanical and electrical components specific to electric and hybrid vehicles.If a major component suddenly fails, you call AutoProtect and they handle the repair. Each claim is paid up to £5,000, with unlimited claims across the term. There's also a contribution of up to £1,000 towards a main battery replacement if the battery suddenly fails.
Wear and tear is included while the car is under 6 years and 60,000 miles. Cover is usable from day one.Worth knowing: gradual battery degradation (your range slowly dropping over time) is normal EV behaviour and isn't covered — only sudden failure. Williams F1 Ceramic
Paint Protection
High-gloss protection that lasts, whatever the weather.
Your paintwork takes a daily beating — UV rays, acid rain, road salt, tree sap, traffic film and harsh car-wash chemicals. Williams F1 Ceramic Coat forms a hard, hydrophobic layer that bonds with your paint at the pore level, locking in the showroom finish and shielding it from everyday weathering.
Unlike waxes or polishes that need topping up, Ceramic Coat is professionally applied by Carsa in a two-stage process at handover. Stage one is a pre-clean to remove contaminants. Stage two bonds the ceramic coating to your paint — increasing surface hardness to 8H–9H within 24 hours, with 89% gloss reflection. Tested independently by SGS and CSIRO. Dirt and water simply bead and roll off the treated surface.
The plan includes interior fabric protection and a leather protector, and the whole thing is backed by a lifetime guarantee. Developed by Ultimotive as Williams Racing's Official Licensee.

Scratch & dent cover
Cosmetic protection for your electric drive.
Car parks, kerbs, loose stones on the motorway — everyday driving leaves small marks behind. Carsa's Cosmetic Maintenance Plan takes care of them. When your car picks up a stone chip, a minor scuff, a light scratch or a small dent within the size limits, you submit a request through the Shine! Protect app and a mobile technician comes to your home or work to carry out the repair.
The 36-month plan covers up to 21 repairs (up to 7 per 12-month period), with up to 4 areas of damage treated per visit. A £25 call-out fee applies per request. Repairs are professional cosmetic techniques that blend and weatherproof the damage — they're not factory restorations, but every repair is guaranteed for as long as you own the car.

Alloy wheel cover
EV-ready protection for your wheels.
Kerbs, potholes and loose road debris take their toll on alloys — kerb scuffs, stone chips and surface scratches build up fast. Carsa's Alloy Wheel Protection plan (Shine! Protect Alloy) takes care of them. Whenever your alloys pick up minor cosmetic damage from everyday driving, you submit a request through the app and a mobile technician visits your home, work or anywhere convenient in mainland UK to carry out the repair.
The 36-month plan covers up to 15 repairs in total — one authorised request every three months, up to 4 areas of damage per visit, with an annual cap of 5 damages per 12-month period. Covers standard alloy, laser/diamond-cut and aerodynamic wheels. Usable from day one — no waiting period.
This is a maintenance plan, not insurance, and it covers alloy wheels only — there's no tyre cover. Administered by AutoProtect.
