Administration Fees

At Carsa, our mission is to make car buying simple, transparent, and great value. That’s why most of our vehicles are priced below current market value, typically around £700 under, based on independent third-party pricing.

To keep things fair and clear, we apply the following admin fees based on the type of purchase:

Standard Retail Customers

• Admin Fee: £149
• Reservation Fee: £49 (fully refundable when you view the vehicle in person at one of our showrooms)
• Reserving a car guarantees it’s held just for you – no one else can view, test drive, or buy it while it’s reserved. Highly recommended, as our cars tend to sell fast!

Retail Customers Using an External Finance Broker

• Admin Fee: £495
• (This applies if your finance is arranged outside of Carsa’s official panel of trusted lenders.)

Trade Purchases

• Standard Trade Admin Fee: £595
• Export or High-Volume Trade Admin Fee: £995
